At the session of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) held on 2^nd and 3^rd June 2026, in accordance with the Guidelines for the Establishment of a System of Confidential Counseling in the Judiciary of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the list of elected confidential counselors who provide support to judicial office holders in matters of ethics and integrity was updated, and the Council adopted a conclusion extending the mandate of the elected confidential counselors until June 2028.

With the aim of promoting this mechanism and further bringing it closer to the judicial community, the HJPC BiH, in cooperation with the EU4Justice project, has prepared a promotional video presenting the purpose, significance and functioning of the confidential counseling system.
