In the period from 1977 to 1990, he worked at Privredna banka Sarajevo-Drvar Branch.
From 1990 to 1992 he worked in the Basic Court in Titov Drvar.
From 1992 to 1996 he worked at the Basic Court in Drvar.
From 1996 to 1998 he worked in the District Court in Subotica.
From 1998 to 2004 he worked in the Basic Court in Modriča.
At a session of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council held on 4^th February 2004, he was appointed President of the Municipal Court in Bihać, and the appointment took effect on 15^th March 2004.
By a decision of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of 19^th July 2013, he was appointed judge in the Cantonal Court in Livno, which he took office on 1^st September 2013.

He worked on second-instance civil and commercial cases.

At the session of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council held on 6^th July 2023, a Decision on termination of the mandate on 23^rd August 2023 was rendered, due to his retirement.
